The Daily Pub Paddle & Rentals - £30pp
The Pub Paddle is what we do every day, for 3 hours you get to paddle the equipment you choose on the safe Idyllic canal and waterway to the pub and back. From the Turf carpark in Exminster to the Turf pub or the Exeter City Quay up to the Double Locks and back. Both trips take approximately 30 minutes to paddle each way approximately a mile.
Groups get the chance to paddle a variety of craft, including individual or double kayaks, family canoes and stand-up paddle boards. When arriving at the pub, groups can eat, drink, sunbathe in the sun and play on all the boats for an hour in the sheltered boat harbour.
We pick you up from the local holiday parks or surrounding area in the 17-seater and deliver you to the water’s edge. Should your large group, stag / hen, Birthday or Business group want picking up we can happily do that we just charge extra depending on how far.
Otherwise, you are welcome to meet us at the water’s edge.
Longer Paddles or Boat Shuttle help - £5 per hour extra
For those who would like to paddle the whole canal, from the city quay and down to the Turf pub we can pick you up at the end and take you back to where you’d like to go.

Wine tasting with a splash…
Wine, Paddle and Cheese - £90pp
A wine tasting with a difference at the Kenton Park Estate. Head to the water’s edge in Exminster, where we paddle the still waterway to the famous Waterside Pub. Groups get the chance to paddle a variety of craft, including individual or double kayaks, family canoes and stand up paddle boards. You’ll then be transported by minibus to the Kenton Park Estate to the vineyard for your Wine and Cheese experience!
Firstly, you’ll have the Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting, where you’ll explore the Estate, you’ll hear all the stories of the Motley Cru and how the vineyard came about in a most unorthodox fashion. You’ll visit all the plantations and taste 4 of our sparkling wines with some incredible views. As well as this you’ll try their artisan sparkling cider and meet all the Estate’s animals as well! You’ll also be treated to our famous deli feast platters (as seen here) in their stunning safari huts overlooking the vineyard.
Boat & Board rental - £25pp
Meet up or Get Picked up and Delivered to the waters edge with a choice of equipment and dry bag for your valuables and then let me know when you get tired for a pick up.

Perfect for beginners giving something new a try or a competent paddler fancying a jolly! If you’re 1 person and would like to join a group or you’re a large group of 14 you can get picked up in the 15 seat minibus for the Social Paddle!
Get driven to the water’s edge in Exminster, where you can paddle approximately a mile down the safe still water canal to the famous Waterside Pub. Groups get the chance to paddle individual or double kayaks, family canoes and stand up paddle boards. When arriving at the pub, groups can eat, drink, sunbathe in the sun and play on all the boats for an hour in the sheltered boat harbour. Then we all paddle back a mile up the waterway to then get driven home.

Parties & team building
Groups can be driven to the water’s edge, groups get to embark on a voyage of fun, wearing cagoules and wetsuit shoes carrying helmets. Groups can learn the basics of how to paddle using different strokes and techniques, paddling a little journey and then game playing, with getting very wet! working as a team, problem solving, kayak running and kayak jumping.
Along with the beach, delivering boards and boats to those that may like to adventure on the open sea. Where everyone can feel safe on the local lifeguarded beaches Dawlish Warren, and Teignmouth beaches. Sam has built his initial business taking groups that are staying locally on adventures, on the Exe!

Camp and Paddle
Get picked up in minibus or meet you at the water’s edge in Exeter to get ready and plan for our voyage, tents, sleeping bags, valuables for the dry bag everyone is given a kayak and canoe to paddle the 3 miles down to the waterside pub, Pitch up tents over a pint, get dinner and drinks in the pub/ or the pub’s barbecue followed by evening’s fun and games and time. The morning after to have breakfast and depart for our voyage back to the minibus/ car park.

Kayak & Canoe Rentals
Groups can be picked up and driven to the water’s edge along with Kayak’s Canoes, or Stand Up Paddle boards whichever you may like to use for fun your own way and in your own time.
Your group will be given a dry bag for your non waterproof things and a map of the water ways, showing you where you can stop off eat, drink and chill. Then when you are done, call for your lift home wherever your location might be.

Stand Up Paddleboards and Sit on Kayaks can be rented out locally,
And If you need picking up and returning locally with the equipment, then no problem!!

Minibus Pickup
Exe Adventures – The Leisure activities and training centre that will pick you up and even drop you back home again!
The 15 seat minibus is available for lifts when it’s not already parked at the waters edge!
And if you want to bring your own boat/board along for a ride we can tie it on the trailer and take it with us!
